Notice for Landlords
Please keep MYEC informed of renters moving in and out of your properties. MYEC also asks that you keep your address and phone number current in case we need to contact you for any reason. In the event of a renter being disconnected for non-payment, we will make every attempt possible to contact the landlord before the service is disconnected.
We will need the following information from your tenants before vacating the property.
- Date in which the transfer shall be completed
- Final meter reading
- Tenants forwarding address
